Privacy policy
This Policy describes how RND Technologies Lab LLP (the “Company”) processes and protects the personal data of website users. Processing is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection” No. 94-V of 21 May 2013.
1. What data we collect
- name, phone number, messenger nickname, e-mail address, company name — from request forms;
- the content of the message you leave in the form;
- technical data: IP address, device and browser type, referral source, UTM tags, cookies of analytics services.
2. Purposes of processing
- to contact you about the request you left and prepare a commercial proposal;
- to provide the services you requested and run contractual work;
- to improve the site and evaluate the effectiveness of advertising channels in anonymised form.
3. Legal grounds
Processing is based on your consent, which you give when submitting a form, and on performing a contract to which you are or intend to become a party.
4. Disclosure to third parties
Data may be passed to services that keep the site running and handle enquiries: the hosting provider, notification services (e-mail, Telegram) and web analytics services. We do not sell or pass your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Retention period
Request data is kept until the purposes of processing are achieved, but no longer than 3 years after your last contact, unless the law requires otherwise.
6. Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction, blocking or deletion, and withdraw your consent to processing. To do so, write to rndtechlab@gmail.com.
7. Cookies
The site uses cookies for basic operation and web analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings — some functions may then work incorrectly.
